The World’s Top 25 Supply Chain Companies for 2025

Schneider Electric retains the top spot for the third consecutive year, with NVIDIA climbing to second place.

In its newly released 2025 Global Supply Chain Top 25, Gartner, Inc. spotlights the companies setting the pace in supply chain excellence. Schneider Electric leads the rankings for the third consecutive year, firmly holding onto the No. 1 spot. NVIDIA jumps to second place, showcasing its rising influence and strong performance in global supply chain operations.

According to Simon Bailey, VP Analyst with the Gartner Supply Chain practice, this year’s top supply chain organisations are standing out by embracing cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices.

“This year, leaders are differentiating themselves from the pack by integrating the latest AI, developing autonomous operations and stewarding resources,” said Bailey. “Leading supply chains clearly tie sustainability to fundamental business outcomes, such as cost optimisation, and risk mitigation. As a result, we are seeing many examples of water stewardship and circular innovation.”

As part of its ambitious new three-year transformation plan, Schneider Electric is focusing on four key pillars: people, planet, customers, and performance. Central to this strategy is the acceleration of industrial automation and the adoption of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence.

“Schneider Electric’s innovative culture has embraced AI in a manner that embraces employee ideas for use cases, with guidance from supply chain leaders on the highest priority areas to apply the technology for customer, revenue and productivity gains,” said Bailey. “This ensures both a collaborative and strategic approach to AI deployments.”

Amazon, Apple, P&G, and Unilever have once again secured their place in Gartner’s prestigious Masters category, which recognises companies with consistent, long-term supply chain excellence. To qualify, companies must rank in the top five composite scores at least seven times over the past decade. The Masters are honoured separately but remain part of Gartner’s annual evaluation.
